Open to New Athletes, Rising 9th Graders, Parents
For new athletes, this will be an opportunity to meet coaches, team returners, and do an introductory run with others. We plan to serve a cold breakfast, light refreshments after (aka “Breakfast Run”). If you are not trained up to start, don’t worry, this is a summer kickoff. If the thought of running “long distance” is a little scary, don’t be scared and please come join us, check out the team, and find out what Cross Country is all about.
