LRHS Cross Country Schedule:

ALL Cross Country Athletes should take a 10-12day break from runniing at some point. The sooner athletes take that break, the sooner they come back online for Track training and Track competition. If an athlete was offline in-season with an injury, travel, activity, etc, then they can treat that as a break. Athletes doing New Balance Dash for Doobie on 11/18, consider going offline on break starting 11/19.

  • Monday (10/30) 2:45-5:00pm: LRHS Track — Bring Water and a Towel.
    • State Championship Athletes, Recovery Run.
    • Non-States Athletes, Track Time Trials.
  • Tuesday (10/31) 3:00-4:45pm: LRHS Track — Bring Water and a Towel
    • Regionals Race Review.
    • State Championship Discussion.
    • State Championship Workout.
    • Non-States Athletes, Recovery Run.
  • Wednesday (11/1) 4:00pm-6:00pm:  LRHS Track — Bring Water & Towel.
    • Recovery Run for States Athletes.
    • Non-States Athletes, Additional Track Time Trials.
  • Thursday (11/2) 3:00pm-5:00pm:  LRHS Track — Bring Water and a Towel.
    • Recovery Run for States Athletes.
    • Non-States Athletes, Additional Track Time Trials or Workout.
  • Friday (11/3) 2:45-4:30pm:  LRHS Track — Bring Water and a Towel.
    • State Championship Race Prep.
    • Recovery Run & Strides.
    • Full Team encouraged to participate.
  • Saturday (11/4) 2023 4A State Championship (Ivey Redmon Park, Kernsersville, NC)
    • Boys Championship Race 2:40pm (be there by 1:15pm).
    • Girls Championship Race 4:00pm (be there by 2:00pm).
    • Awards at 4:45pm.
