LRHS XC and Track & Field Schedule:

Athletes training with Coach Gamble off-season will follow this schedule.

Starting on 5/20, we are officially off-season training for Cross Country and Track & Field. Athletes cleared in Dragonfly are welcome to participate. The practices will be mostly returners continuing their training; however, we welcome new athletes also. Sprinters are also encouraged to join us, and I moderate running and workouts for athletes who want lower mileage.

  • Monday (5/27): Run on Your Own.
    • Some Athletes will be on Break.
  • Tuesday (5/28): 2:45pm-4:45pm: LRHS Track.
    • Plan to work at the beginning of practice — help needed.
    • For those on Break, we will have Wight Room option.
  • Wednesday (5/29): 2:45pm-4:45pm: LRHS Track.
    • Plan to work at the beginning of practice — help needed.
    • For those on Break, we will have Wight Room option.
  • Thursday (5/30) Dead Period.
    • Break or Run on Your Own.
  • Friday (5/31) Dead Period.
    • Break or Run on Your Own.
  • Saturday (6/1) Dead Period.
    • Break or Run on Your Own.
