LRHS Track & Field Schedule for Distance & Mid-Distance Squad:
ALL Cross Country Athletes should conclude their breaks by 12/4 (or sooner). We are looking at racing opportunities on 12/2, 12/6, and 12/9. Racing opportunities are limited in December.

- Monday (12/4) 3:00pm-4:45pm: LRHS Track — Bring Water.
- Plan for Workout Monday if not racing Wednesday.
- Tuesday (12/5) 3:00pm-4:45pm: Helping with LRMS 2K.
- LRMS Run Club 2K on XC fields.
- Meet at LRMS Basketball Courts for practice.
- Easy run pacing.
- Wednesday (12/6) No Practice.
- Wake Forest Polar Bear #2.
- If not racing, easy pace run on your own.
- Thursday (12/7) 3:00pm-4:45pm: LRHS Track — Bring Water.
- Possible workout for non-racers.
- Friday (12/8) 3:00pm-4:45pm: LRHS Track — Bring Water.
- Plan for Workout Friday if not racing Saturday.
- Saturday (12/9) East Chapel Hill Polar Bear #2
- Distance events limited to 8 entries per event.
