I will have loaner jerseys for new athletes.
The meet start time has moved to 11am due to weather.
For LRHS, we are doing Shot Put and 4 Track Events (1600m, 500m, 1000m, 300m).
Shot Put will start at 11am. Track Events will be 12pm and later (schedule will be added here).
When to Arrive? I recommend ~60min (or earlier) prior to estimated start time for Event.
Do I need to stay at the meet after I finish competition? Please cool down, then good to go.
What if I cannot do another Event (schedule delays, injury, etc)? We can scratch the entry case-by-case.
