Admission = $7 Adults, $4 Kids
Entries. Coaches process all entries — anyone can race the Mile. Shot Put will be the Top 28 Entries.
Transportation. Athletes are responsible for arranging their own transportation to this meet.
Athlete Participation. Optional and recommended for Athletes looking to compete at the highest level of Shot Put and Athletes looking for a high quality race to help improve mile race times (>50% PR at this meet). For Distance runners, this meet is for all ability levels, and it is also good for new athletes.
Girls Discus begins at 12:30pm — Girls Shot Put begins at 3:00pm.
Boys Shot Put begins at 12:30pm — Boys Discus begins at 3:00pm.
Boys Mile Races Start at 4:00pm and will go through 9:00pm
Girls Mile Races Start at 4:17pm and will go through 8:50pm
Heats are slowest to fastest.
