Entries. Coaches process all entries — anyone can race the Mile. Shot Put will be the Top 28 Entries.
Transportation. Athletes are responsible for arranging their own transportation to this meet.
Athlete Participation. Optional and recommended for Athletes looking to compete at the highest level of Shot Put and Athletes looking for a high quality race to help improve mile race times (>50% PR at this meet). For Distance runners, this meet is for all ability levels, and it is also good for new athletes.
Girls Shot Put begins at 5:45pm
Boys Shot Put begins at 7:00pm
Boys Mile Races Start at 5:30pm and will go through 8:30pm
Girls Mile Races Start at 6:30pm and will go through 8:30pm
Heats are slowest to fastest (expect up to 30 Heats total).
