ALL Track & Field Athletes continuing into Cross Country Athletes should take a 10-12 day break from running at some point. Discuss this with Coach Gamble if you have questions on timing, etc. The sooner athletes take that break, the sooner they can lock in on summer training. Some athletes may split break into a “Track Recovery Break” and possibly an “I’m Traveling and can’t get my running in break.” Keep this schedule outline in context of that.

For Track & Field Athletes who want summer conditioning and occasional workouts, contact Coach Gamble — we would love to keep people training all summer.
