LRHS Cross Country Schedule Notes: First week of school, forecast is good on weather, practice will be right after school all week, meeting at the Track in the high jump area. We do have XC/Track locker rooms in the Murphy Bldg where you can change… please do not leave anything of value in these locker rooms (you can bring belongings out to Track).
Athlete/Parent/Gaurdian Team Contract. Please download, print, sign, and submit either a hard copy to Coach Gamble or electronic copy coach.gamble@icloud.com ). Athletes can also pick up a blank copy at practice.
